As our Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce, as well as continuously improving the platform to enable growth. Every day you will work to support various internal users, communicate with those users, and perform day to day admin work within Salesforce. To thrive in this role you must have Salesforce experience and enjoy working directly with the end users (internal customers).

Here’s what you will experience working as a Salesforce Administrator:

  • Handles all basic administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards, Flows, lead/opportunity pipeline management, case/service requests, bug and feature requests, testing and QA in sandbox, and other routine tasks.

  • Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.

  • Support other team members on special projects as needed.

  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other conversions, consolidations, and integrations with platforms such as Pardot and ServiceNow.

  • Work independently and collaborate with others to deliver effective solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Develop efficient processes with a forward-thinking mindset, utilizing best practices, native functionality, and UX in mind.

  • Routinely test the stability and functionality of applications, recommending performance improvements where possible.

  • Manage cases to troubleshoot and fix bugs, documenting solutions in the ticketing system.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Sciences, or related field preferred.

  • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications are preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce administration, including app building, user provisioning, data management, including the ability to configure custom apps, objects, formula fields, flows, and user security (profiles, roles and sharing rules).

  • Strong project management skills, positive attitude, and lifelong learner.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and manage across organizational levels.

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, effective at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and identify true needs.

  • Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related systems.

  • Design and implement new processes, facilitate user adoption, and maintain Salesforce instance with a forward-thinking approach.

  • Project management experience, preferably Agile methodology.

  • Experience with Validity’s DemandTools, Conga or other CLM, integrated MAP platform (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Hubspot), and Gearset (or other DevOps tool).

  • Integration experience.

  • Experience as a business analyst.

  • Ability and desire to work as a team, and as an individual contributor.

  • Ability to take complex ideas and document them as functional requirements.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,461.00 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
