What You'll Do
✅ Assemble, package, label, and inspect products
✅ Perform quality checks and complete production documentation
✅ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
✅ Move materials and keep production running smoothly
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
✅ Support process improvements and assist across production areas
What We're Looking For
✔️ Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
✔️ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, bending, and material-handling tasks
✔️ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✔️ Team player with a positive, safety-first mindset

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bozrah, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
