Job Summary
Pennyroyal Logistics, a FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring 20 reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
As a Delivery Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout your assigned route.
No CDL is required for this position.
Pay & Compensation
Training Pay: $120 per day
Regular Pay: $135–$150 per day
Stop Bonus: $1.00 for every stop over 80 stops
Opportunity to earn $200+ per day depending on route volume and stops
Paid training provided
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
Load and organize packages for your assigned route
Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Use a handheld device to manage deliveries
Safely handle packages of various sizes and weights
Follow company, DOT, and FedEx Ground safety requirements
Complete assigned routes efficiently and accurately
Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route issues
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Must be able to pass required background and driving-record checks
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently
Good customer-service and communication skills
Ability to safely lift and carry packages
Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
Delivery routes operate 6 days per week, with schedules determined by business and route needs.
Applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.
