Full job description

Your future role at a glance

  • Location: Milwaukee, WI

  • Facility: Ascension Living St. Francis Place

  • Department: Office Operations

  • Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Recruit qualified clients/residents from various sources up to the capacity of the facility. Coordinate all aspects of admission and discharge.

  • Market to appropriate health and related entities, including but not limited to hospitals, home care and hospice as well as the broader community and social media platforms. This includes creating a marketing plan.

  • Oversee requests for tours and all admission inquiries. Maintains, updates and distributes accurate facility census data and other pertinent statistics. Oversee, review, organize and assess all pertinent information regarding appropriate resident placement.

  • Assist with daily operations, including overeeing the readiness of rooms and tour route.

  • Assess the continuing quality focus of services to residents, families, associates, internal and external customers. Facilitates planning and implementation of activities to ensure effective functioning and customer satisfaction.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education :

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
