Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $110,000 - $140,00K Annually, depending on previous experience
5 years plus of manufacturing industry experience in a talent acquisition role required
About the Opportunity
Beacon Hill's client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance its recruiting function during an exciting period of organizational growth and transformation. This position offers the opportunity to build scalable talent acquisition strategies, guide recruiting operations, and partner closely with business leaders to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and has a proven track record of supporting workforce growth across multiple business functions. This individual will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, strengthening the employer brand, and creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
Summary of Duties
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all aspects of the recruiting function, leading an internal talent acquisition team while coordinating external recruiting partners to ensure hiring needs are met effectively. This individual will establish clear recruiting priorities, align resources with business objectives, and drive accountability across the hiring process. Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent searches, monitoring recruiting performance, identifying and resolving hiring obstacles, and ensuring that stakeholders receive consistent communication and visibility into hiring progress.
This role will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining an engaging and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also manage relationships with recruiting agencies and search partners, defining expectations, evaluating performance, and optimizing partnerships to maximize results and return on investment.
In addition, this leader will develop and refine recruiting processes that support long-term organizational growth, improve operational efficiency, and establish sustainable best practices. Leveraging experience from both high-growth and mature organizations, the Talent Acquisition Manager will create scalable recruiting strategies, strengthen hiring capabilities, and ensure the company is positioned to attract exceptional talent as it continues to expand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership
Experience leading internal recruiting teams and managing external recruiting partners
Demonstrated success supporting rapid organizational growth and workforce expansion
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience developing recruiting processes, metrics, and performance accountability measures
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
Background building recruiting infrastructure and scalable hiring processes
Success partnering with executive leaders and hiring managers across various business functions
