Work You'll Do

As a Project Security Engineer II on the Cyber Identity Engineering team, you will...

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments

  • Translating business, security, and compliance requirements into ICAM architecture and engineering deliverables

  • Supporting Zero Trust initiatives by strengthening identity controls, authentication methods, and access governance processes

  • Collaborating with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to integrate identity services across systems and platforms

  • Contributing to engineering, documentation, testing, and compliance activities associated with IAM and access control capabilities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • 1+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), infrastructure architecture, cyber strategy, compliance and Agile delivery

  • 1+ years of experience designing and implementing identity, credential, and access management solutions

  • 1+ years of experience supporting Zero Trust architecture initiatives

Preferred:

  • Experience across identity, credential, and access management domains

  • Experience supporting engineering and compliance activities

  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk

  • Experience supporting identity integrations across cloud or hybrid environments

  • Industry certification in cybersecurity, cloud, or identity technologies

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600-$147,600.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
