Job Duties
POSITION SUMMARY
The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through finishing techniques, such as trimming excess plastic material. In addition to creating a smooth surface on all plastic parts to prevent rough edges on play equipment.
Hours: S-Th, 10:00 P.M.-6:30 A.M.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Finish plastic parts using a variety of hand tools to finish edges, drill holes, etc.
Identify quality problems and can escalate appropriately.
Ensure accuracy of needed parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques.
Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Comfortable standing throughout the shift and bending/stooping while working on parts
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Comfortable utilizing handheld, or small power tools.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $4.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
