Sr. Solution Consultant

Description Salesforce is currently seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). Solution Consultants work as part of a team demonstrating functional and technical thought leadership on customer and partner engagements. These lead to the successful delivery of world-class Salesforce implementations, bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Through our extended onboarding program of formal certification, internal training, and hands-on experience, you will become a recognized business transformation expert at the forefront of our offerings. The ideal Solution Consultant is a demonstrated thought leader capable of evaluating business requirements, redesigning processes, and implementing effective functional solutions. As Salesforce transitions into the agentic era, you will also play a key role in integrating AI solutions to drive customer success. They identify and proactively handle risk areas and contribute to seeing issues through to project completion.YOUR IMPACT • Become a Domain Authority: Engage in our onboarding program and closely work with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver outstanding customer success.

• Bridge Business and Tech: Evaluate business and functional requirements from a senior level, translating business strategies into effective process designs.
• AI & Agentforce Innovation: Champion the use of AI tools and Salesforce's Agentforce to automate workflows, optimize business processes, and deliver next-generation customer experiences.
• Solution Design & Prototyping: Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to elicit and define business requirements.
• Agile Delivery: Craft and own user stories/business requirement documents, detailing them in agile sprints for the technical team to execute.
• Best Practices Guidance: Provide guidance on Salesforce Platform capabilities, functional solution architecture, environment management, and testing (UAT).
• Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with business partners, both internal and external, negotiating solutions to complex problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5 years of experience minimum in the enterprise software space as a business/functional analyst, product owner, or solution consultant.

• Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology.
• AI Integration Experience: Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, with a strong understanding of how AI (such as Agentforce or similar technologies) can be leveraged to transform business operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, flow charts, and diagrams.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed Agile/Scrum team.
• Mobility: Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Salesforce Expertise: Salesforce Certifications and experience with the Salesforce Platform declarative capabilities.

• Revenue Cloud (Desirable): Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, EPC) or other products in the billing and revenue space is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Methodology: Knowledge of design thinking processes and tools, and experience working as a Certified Product Owner.
• Consulting Experience: Experience working in a senior consulting role with matrix teams at a top-tier consultancy or system integrator.
