Description

🌟 Group Sales Coordinator: The Ultimate Resort Connector

The Mission

As our Group Sales Coordinator , you are the "engine room" of our Sales department. You won’t just be filing papers; you’ll be the right hand to our high-performing Sales Managers, helping turn potential leads into unforgettable group experiences. Whether it’s a high-stakes corporate retreat or an elegant association gathering, you ensure every proposal, contract, and site visit is executed with flawless precision and genuine Texas hospitality.

What You’ll Do (The Daily Hustle)

  • The Lead Guru: Be the first point of contact for new business—qualifying leads and distributing them to keep the revenue flowing.

  • Delphi Wizardry: Master the industry’s top software to build beautiful proposals, iron-clad contracts, and track the sales funnel.

  • The "Site Visit" VIP: Coordinate on-property tours for potential clients, ensuring the resort looks its best to "wow" our guests.

  • Strategic Support: Assist both our on-property and remote managers, ensuring they have everything they need to close the deal.

  • The Detail Detective: Manage the department’s shared drive and proofread high-level projects with an eagle eye for grammar and spelling.

  • Financial Liaison: Keep the gears turning by processing invoices for the Sales & Marketing team.

Who You Are

  • A Professional Partner: You have a "sense of TEAM" and a pleasant personality that shines through the phone and in person.

  • High-Speed & High-Standard: You can type at least 40 WPM and maintain professional composure in high-stress, fast-paced situations.

  • Detail-Oriented: You are incredibly organized and thrive on getting the little things right.

  • Ambitious: You are looking for a career, not just a job, and are ready to plan for your own successor as you elevate through the company.

The Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; English proficiency (read, write, speak) is a must.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite); experience with Delphi or event management software is a huge plus! ⭐

  • A neat and pleasant overall appearance.

  • Ability to walk the resort, ascend/descend stairs, and reach the top drawer of a four-drawer cabinet as part of your daily routine.

The Perks: Live the Lake Life 🌊

At Horseshoe Bay Resort, we believe in taking care of our own. When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging .

  • Growth Track: We are committed to your future! Take advantage of our Manager in Training (MIT) Program , regular scheduled reviews, and merit-based raises.

  • Stay & Play: Enjoy Retail and Dining discounts at the resort, plus travel discounts at over 100 Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties nationwide.

  • Resort Privileges: Get limited access to our world-class amenities, including Golf and Amenity Privileges (based on occupancy levels).

  • Stress-Free Commute: Benefit from Subsidized Associate Housing and our dedicated Shuttle Service .

  • Health & Wealth: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, a 401(k) with Employer Match , Paid Vacation/Holidays, and an Associate Relief Fund for peace of mind.
