We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $21/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for supplying production areas with materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stage, transport, and stock materials using forklifts and hand trucks.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform SAP transactions.

  • Support production by supplying and returning materials as needed.

  • Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards.

  • Perform inventory reconciliations, transfers, and material tracking.

  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams.

  • Maintain clean work areas and assist with equipment and area cleaning.

  • Support continuous improvement, training, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience in GMP/SOP-regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP inventory system experience.

  • Previous Material Handler experience.

  • Forklift experience/certification.
