16860BRJob Description:The Manager Perioperative Business provides operational and business leadership alongside the Perioperative Director. The PBM is responsible for management of multiple projects requiring high level analysis and execution that may have hospital wide implications. This position oversees all business processes in Perioperative Services Division.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • 2 years of previous healthcare, business, analytical and/or management

  • General knowledge of the budgetary process

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience using automated information systems with particular emphasis on database maintenance and management and spreadsheet software. (Excel, Word, Pivot Tables, Power Point)

  • 1-2 years’ experience with electronic medical records business functionality

Other:

  • Business Management degree preferred

  • Masters (MBA, MHA) preferred

  • Epic Certification

  • HR Management preferred
