About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced special education coordinators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for special education coordinators with 5+ years writing and reviewing IEPs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, 504 plans, accommodation and modification tables, behavior intervention plans, and progress-monitoring trackers.
Compensation: $90/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist
- Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
