Head Women’s Soccer Coach

Bryant & Stratton College – Albany (USCAA)

Albany, NY

Salary: $30,000 annually (Part-Time)

Bryant & Stratton College – Albany is launching a Women’s Soccer program, and we are looking for the right coach to build it, lead it, and grow it.

This is not a plug-and-play job—this is an opportunity for a driven coach to create a program identity, recruit their roster, and make an immediate impact on the court and across campus.

If you are motivated, resourceful, and want ownership of a program, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Build the Program

  • Establish the foundation, culture, and standards of the Women’s Volleyball program

  • Plan and run all practices, training sessions, and competitions

  • Develop student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally

Recruit & Grow Your Roster

  • Identify and recruit student-athletes (local, regional, and beyond)

  • Build relationships with high school and club programs

  • Work closely with Admissions to drive enrollment through athletics

Own the Details

  • Manage scheduling, travel, equipment, and budget

  • Ensure compliance with USCAA and institutional standards

  • Monitor academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes

Be Part of Something Bigger

  • Contribute to a growing athletic department focused on culture and accountability

  • Assist with events, recruiting initiatives, and departmental goals

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Coaching experience (high school, club, or collegiate)

  • Strong recruiting mindset and ability to build a roster

  • High energy, accountability, and leadership

  • Pass a background check

  • Pass DMV drivers check

Preferred:

  • Collegiate coaching experience

  • Connections in recruiting pipelines (club, high school, international)

  • Understanding of small college athletics (USCAA/NJCAA/NCAA DII/DIII)
