Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in New Orleans, LA. This individual will provide direct support to the Chairman and CEO by managing a complex calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing materials, and serving as a point of contact for executive leadership, board members, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. The role will support a fast-growing organization and require the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, adapt to changing business needs, and represent the executive office in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating executive communications, supporting board and leadership meetings, and assisting with organizational and administrative initiatives across the business. Compensation ranges from $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite or CEO level Experience managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination for executives Experience interacting with executive leadership teams, board members, or external stakeholders Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment Experience in banking, financial services, investments, or professional services Experience supporting executives through acquisitions, company growth, or organizational change Experience working with shareholders, investors, or board members Experience supporting a highly mobile executive Existing ties to the New Orleans market
