VỀ VAI TRÒ CỦA BẠN Kỹ thuật viên/ Chuyên viên Kỹ thuật Sản xuất đóng vai trò là cầu nối giữa bộ phận sản xuất và các phòng ban khác như Prepress, Phát triển mẫu, Kế hoạch... Vị trí này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật như thông số máy móc, thông số sản phẩm mẫu... Tư vấn và hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật sản xuất, đồng thời có thể tham gia vào một số dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới. TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA BẠN BAO GỒM
- Xử lý sự cố máy móc (Troubleshoot): Khắc phục nhanh các lỗi kỹ thuật để đảm bảo dây chuyền sản xuất vận hành liên tục.
- Quản lý các dự án phát triển sản phẩm/mặt hàng mới.
- Theo dõi và đánh giá quy trình làm Mẫu / Triển khai đơn hàng đầu tiên (FOD) / Lấy mẫu.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để xác định các thông số kỹ thuật và yêu cầu sản xuất cho mẫu/sản phẩm mới.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến mẫu trong khâu thiết kế và sản xuất.
- Xác nhận mẫu mới đã đáp ứng đầy đủ các yêu cầu để tiến hành sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác về các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật.
- Có thể đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên mới, công nhân vận hành máy.
- Có thể tham gia (hoặc dẫn dắt) một số dự án cải tiến hoặc phát triển quy trình, sản phẩm mới.
Qualifications
- Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành cơ khí/dệt
- Có từ 1 đến 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí tương đương.
- Có kiến thức về sản xuất, kiểm soát quy trình và quy trình phát triển sản phẩm mẫu.
- Kỹ năng sắp xếp công việc tốt, có khả năng xử lý đồng thời nhiều dự án có thời hạn hoàn thành gấp (deadline).
- Thời gian làm việc: Có khả năng làm việc theo ca (ca 8 tiếng hoặc 12 tiếng).
