Maintains all centralized and decentralized pharmacy inventory, including assessing par levels, stocking shelves, ordering supplies, and alerting the buyer to stock shortages. Makes and delivers products so that they arrive at the unit on time. Replenishes drugs used during surgery and code blue carts, and completes the appropriate charge sheet for each patient. Performs functions requested by pharmacists or pharmacy leadership in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Maintains a high level of accuracy and accountability in all controlled substance transactions. Answers the phone promptly and courteously, using experience and prioritization skills to forward calls appropriately. Restocks boxes, kits, trays, and code cart trays. Completes deliveries and refills functions quickly to minimize time spent out of the department. Assesses par levels and notifies department leadership and the pharmacy buyer of the need to resolve chronic stock-out situations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
