Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $ 20.69

Position Overview

PDS Tech is seeking a dependable Production / Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations in Fullerton, CA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience using hand, pneumatic, and electrical tools . Aerospace experience is not required , and no interview is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Remove and weigh chips and production materials.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Set up parts in designated areas for processing.

• Identify and verify that the correct parts are placed in the designated order.

• Assist machine operators with general production duties as needed.

• Operate hand, pneumatic, and electrical tools such as drills, hammers, and saws.

• Use cleaning equipment including mops, brooms, and other housekeeping tools.

• Report storage, material placement, machine, or production issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and policies.

• Operate forklifts and man lifts in accordance with approved OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• At least 6 months of related experience and/or training , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience using hand, pneumatic, and/or electrical tools.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and man lift.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a production team.

• Strong attention to safety, organization, and quality.

• No aerospace experience required.

Schedule & Overtime

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Overtime during the week and/or Saturdays may be required based on business needs and supervisor direction.

• Candidates should be flexible to work overtime when requested.

Background & Drug Screening

Employment is contingent upon completion of required screening, including:

• Criminal background check — 7-year history

• Address history verification by county, city, state, and national records

• SSN verification — 7-year history

• OFAC search

• Employment verification — most recent 2 employers

• MK Denial screening

• DOT drug screening — No THC

• Physical: Pending HR confirmation

Pay Details: $20.69 per hour
