This role combines design-for-EMC expertise with hands-on testing responsibilities, allowing engineers to influence product architecture, conduct system-level compliance testing, troubleshoot complex EMC challenges, and drive solutions that result in successful global product certifications. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, advanced EMC testing equipment, and global engineering teams in a collaborative environment that values technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience with EMC compliance, validation, and testing methodologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot EMC test failures and recommend design improvements
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, test plans, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions
  • Familiarity with EMC test software such as EMCWare, Naxio, IEC.control, or similar
  • Experience with EMC simulation and modeling tools (EMC Charge Plus or similar)
  • Experience working in an ISO 17025 environment
  • Prior experience supporting product certifications and regulatory submissions
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers
  • Hands-on experience with advanced EMC test equipment and laboratory operations
  • Experience working with external compliance labs and regulatory bodies
