Experienced Parts Advisor | High Volume Automotive Dealership

• Pay: $40,000 to $70,0000 annually based on experience

• Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

• Reports to: Parts Manager

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and respond to phone, email, and in-person parts inquiries

• Identify parts needs, check availability, and process customer and service department orders

• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Advisors to provide parts for vehicle repairs

• Order parts from suppliers and confirm pricing, quantities, and availability

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts and inventory

• Create accurate invoices, process payments, and maintain parts records

• Process parts returns, core returns, and warranty-related transactions

• Maintain an organized parts counter, stockroom, and inventory area

What You'll Bring

• 2+ or more years of experience in automotive parts, retail, inventory, or customer service

• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic vehicle systems

• Experience with parts catalogs, inventory systems, or dealership software

• Strong order entry, invoicing, and documentation accuracy

• 1+ years of experience receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
