THE WORK
As a CM/DM Engineering supporting RMS SEMS Programs, located in Valley Forge, PA, you will Utilize JIRA to manage files and track changes, develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of SW baselines, perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, interface with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance to achieve program objectives in accordance with program schedule, control software and hardware changes, perform Data Management tasks including formatting and delivering C DRLs and acting as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA), manage agendas and minutes for various change boards.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Prepares reports of change effect on overall product. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple competing priorities and delivering accurate, high-quality results.

Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, customers, and/or external partners.

Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team-based environment and effectively partnering with stakeholders and leadership at multiple levels of an organization.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
