REMOTE Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Description

A healthcare client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, optimization, and roadmap for their Oracle Fusion environment supporting Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Claims. This leader will manage a team of Oracle developers and analysts, partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders, and drive the next phase of Oracle adoption and maturity now that the organization is past its initial implementation. The ideal candidate has led Oracle Fusion environments in healthcare, understands regulated business operations, and has a proven track record of building strategy while driving execution

Salary: 200,000-225,000/yr

Skills and Requirements

• Oracle Fusion ERP: Has led an Oracle Fusion environment Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live optimization Has owned Oracle strategy, roadmap, and business alignment NOT PeopleSoft NOT Oracle EBS/R12 only

• Healthcare Experience: Healthcare payer, provider, managed care, senior care, PACE, or similar regulated healthcare environment Exposure to claims, finance, reimbursement, AP, or healthcare operations

• Leadership & Strategy: Led teams of developers, analysts, or enterprise application professionals Experience building roadmaps and driving execution Strong business-facing communication with Finance and operational leaders

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) ADP

Enterprise Architecture background

Vendor/managed services oversight

Healthcare payer experience specifically

Large-scale enterprise application portfolios

Finance and Supply Chain modules

Claims systems experience

Experience in SOX/compliance-heavy environments
