The RCA leads revenue cycle integrated discussions around workflow and technical design across solutions and venues, influencing workflow and technical decisions. You will articulate the operational and financial impacts of decisions to customer stakeholders and Oracle Cerner project teams. • Collaborate with customer revenue cycle leadership and consulting teams to design best-practice workflows and maximize revenue cycle performance, influencing customer decision-makers by articulating operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical choices.

  • Drive RevCycle testing strategies, advise customer on the development and implementation of test scripts to maximize financial outcomes, recommend best practice testing procedures, and track RevCycle testing outcomes. Partner with Integration Architect to ensure RevCycle testing strategies align with overall Test Strategy.

  • Consult on go-live strategies, including in-house charge conversion, claims release strategies, operational cutover steps, and establishing the meetings required for go-live stability.

  • Track revenue cycle metrics to identify technical and operational bottlenecks, monitor go-live stability, and ensure readiness for turnover to support.

  • Lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues.

  • Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.

  • Serve as main point of contact for customer and Oracle revenue cycle leadership to manage and resolve project escalations.

  • Consult with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting prior to conversion; participate in legacy accounts receivable planning and decisions.

  • Apply Oracle methodology, internal standards, and industry-leading practices across all phases of project delivery.

  • Participate in business development and maintain current industry and product knowledge.

  • Provide measurable, consistent feedback, mentoring team members and contributing to continuous process improvement within the Revenue Cycle Architect community.
