Building Maintenance

Job Details: High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field. Must have one year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry,110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing. Must have a valid driver’s license.

JOB DUTIES:

• MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE BUILDING MAINTENANCE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PAINTING, DRYWALLING AND REPAIR, SNOW REMOVEL AND LAWN CARE
• COMPLETE WORK ORDERS AND OTHER ASSIGNED TASKS AS DIRECTED BY THEIR SUPERVISOR.
• WORK WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION.
• ASSIST GENERAL MAINTENANCE AS NEEDED
• WORK VARIOUS HOURS WITH LITTLE OR NO NOTICE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL.
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN TWO OF THE FOLLOWING:

CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL, AND PAINTING Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: A Shift (United States of America)
