Responsibilities

• Support daily trade and investment operations for open-ended funds

• Reconcile trades, positions, cash, and investment activity

• Partner with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers

• Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely processing

• Support settlements, corporate actions, cash movements, and related activity

• Support additional fund structures as the role evolves

• Take ownership of operational projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of hedge fund experience

• Background in accounting, tax, finance, operations, or related investment functions

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Resourceful, analytical problem solver

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges

• Collaborative and comfortable in a high-performing environment
