Visual Product Designer

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly creative Visual Product Designer to help shape the future of premium digital experiences.

This team operates like an internal agency and innovation lab, partnering across the organization on high-priority, highly visible initiatives. Rather than supporting a single product area, the team works horizontally across multiple business lines, helping bring new ideas, strategic concepts, and future-state experiences to life for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The role is focused on turning ambitious ideas into polished product concepts, rich interactions, and high-fidelity prototypes that help teams and leadership envision what's possible. The work is often exploratory, future-focused, and centered on elevating the overall quality of digital experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design visually sophisticated mobile and digital experiences, with a primary focus on iOS.

  • Create high-fidelity concepts and interactive prototypes that communicate future-state product visions.

  • Define and prototype transitions, microinteractions, and interface behaviors that bring experiences to life.

  • Transform strategic briefs and early concepts into compelling visual explorations and product experiences.

  • Apply existing design systems, brand standards, visual frameworks, and design tokens to new concepts and experiences.

  • Explore multiple creative directions and evolve designs based on stakeholder and leadership feedback.

  • Present design concepts and prototypes to partners and senior leaders.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Design teams across a wide variety of initiatives.

  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and interaction patterns.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, visual design, or interaction design.

  • Strong experience designing native mobile experiences, particularly on iOS.

  • Exceptional visual design skills with a demonstrated eye for craft, polish, and detail.

  • Strong interaction design capabilities and experience creating rich interface behaviors.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.

  • Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes that showcase transitions, microinteractions, and user flows.

  • Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, motion, and modern interface design.

  • Experience working within established design systems and component libraries.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative, and sometimes ambiguous environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing premium consumer-facing digital products.

  • Experience translating brand systems and visual guidelines into product experiences.

  • Background in agency, consultancy, studio, or innovation-focused environments.

  • Experience presenting conceptual work to senior leadership or executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design and prototyping tools.

Portfolio Expectations

A strong portfolio should demonstrate:

  • High-fidelity mobile product design work.

  • Rich interaction design and interface motion.

  • Interactive prototypes, not just static screens.

  • Multiple design explorations and iterations.

  • Clear examples of how concepts evolved based on feedback and collaboration.

  • Application of design systems, visual frameworks, and brand standards across complete experiences.

Portfolio format is flexible and may be presented through a website, Figma file, or presentation deck.

Why This Role Is Unique

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most visible and strategically important design initiatives within a large organization. You'll help imagine and prototype future experiences, influence design direction, and bring new ideas to life before they become products. If you enjoy visual craft, interaction design, rapid concepting, and working on a wide range of high-impact challenges, this role offers a unique platform to do exactly that.
