Full job description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.

PART-TIME + REMOTE

Details:

? This role would include both treatment services and participation in IEP meetings. The weekly hours would vary slightly based on the IEP meeting schedule but would average approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per week across multiple service days.

? Currently, the schedule would consist of three individual sessions on one day and one group session (with two students) plus one individual session on another day. In addition, there could be up to four one-hour IEP meetings throughout the school year. The district would be responsible for completing evaluations.

? Pay Rate: $50/hr

? Location: Remote

Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
