Staff Nurse -Orthopaedics London: The Princess Grace Hospital Full time: 37.5 hours per week Shift times: Monday – Sunday (flexibility to work long days, Nights & weekends) Permanent contract

We're looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Ward at The Princess Grace Hospital.

The Princess Grace Hospital is recognised for delivering exceptional care across a range of specialist services, including complex orthopaedic surgery. Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll care for patients undergoing major orthopaedic procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your orthopaedic nursing expertise within one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers.

As a Staff Nurse on the Orthopaedic Ward, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the surgical pathway. You'll gain exposure to both pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing major orthopaedic and joint replacement procedures, working closely with Consultants, Physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Previous post-registration experience within an Orthopaedic Ward environment.
  • Exposure to pre-operative and post-operative care of orthopaedic patients.
  • Experience caring for patients undergoing major joint replacement surgery.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
