Operations and Engagement Coordinator

The Operations and Engagement Coordinator serves as the central operational resource for The Elevation Center, Corporate Partnerships, and Career Development. Reporting to the Vice President, this position will independently coordinate administrative operations, partnership engagement activities, events, reporting processes, and strategic initiatives to ensure the efficient execution of departmental priorities.
The Coordinator provides high-level administrative support, manages complex projects and communication utilizing discretion and judgment daily, maintains operational systems and data, and helps create positive experiences for students, faculty, staff, employers, and corporate partners.
You will:
Executive and Administrative Support (35%)

Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President.

Manage calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and related logistics.

Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents.

Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on departmental initiatives.

Draft professional correspondence and communications.
-
Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Operations and Project Coordination (10%)
-
Coordinate day-to-day operations across The Elevation Center, Corporate Partnerships, and Career Development.

Monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.

Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and documentation.
-
Support communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain departmental records, procedures, and operational resources.
Corporate Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
-
Maintain corporate partnership records, databases, and engagement tracking systems.
-
Coordinate outreach activities and communications with employers and partners.
-
Support sponsorship, stewardship, and partnership development initiatives.
-
Monitor partnership activity and prepare reports on engagement outcomes.
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for designated stakeholders.
Data Management and Reporting (15%)

Maintain accurate data related to employer partnerships, student engagement, experiential learning, and strategic initiatives.

Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

Track and report on key performance indicators.

Assist leadership with data analysis and operational reporting.

Support strategic planning through trend analysis and operational insights.
Events and Engagement Coordination (20%)

Coordinate meetings, advisory boards, employer events, workshops, conferences, and special programs.

Manage event logistics, including registration, communications, facilities, catering, technology, and materials.

Support employer visits, networking events, career fairs, and campus engagement activities.

Ensure a high-quality experience for employers, partners, students, and guests.
You need:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
-
3-5 years of administrative, operations, project coordination, event management, or stakeholder engagement experience.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and handle confidential information with discretion.
