Fund Operations | Hedge Fund | East Bay

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade and investment operations for open-ended funds

• Reconcile trades, positions, cash, and investment activity

• Partner with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers

• Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely processing

• Support trade settlements, corporate actions, cash movements, and related activity

• Gain exposure to additional fund structures as the role develops

• Take ownership of ad hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hedge fund experience

• Background in accounting, tax, finance, investment operations, or related areas

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Resourceful, analytical problem solver

• Comfortable working independently with minimal direction

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
