We're looking for an experienced Structural Steel Foreman at our modular construction facility who can take ownership of complex steel construction projects from start to finish. This is more than a foreman role. It's an opportunity to lead crews, mentor welders, drive productivity, and play a key role in building structures that will stand for generations.

What You'll Do

As the Structural Steel Foreman, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and production activities across steel construction projects. You'll work closely with project managers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising structural steel crews on site at our modular construction facility in New Holland, PA

• Managing manpower, tools, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule

• Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction plans with precision

• Ensuring welding, fabrication, and installation activities meet quality and safety standards

• Training and mentoring welders on best practices and advanced techniques

• Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution

• Identifying project challenges early and developing practical solutions

• Conducting quality inspections and verifying work against project specifications

• Participating in construction planning and project meetings

• Maintaining a safety-first culture on every job site

What Makes You a Great Fit

AWS D1.1 Certified Welder

5+ years of structural steel fabrication or erection experience

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

Deep understanding of welding processes, fabrication methods, and construction safety

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong math, planning, and organizational skills

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Holland, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Health Plan - costs decreased from previous year by 10%! $0 deductible plan starts at $137 per paycheck for single employee, up to $454 for family plan. Prices go down as deductible goes up every $1000 increment. Offer HSA account as well. (See AM for bull benefits guide)
