Shift: Friday-Monday 11:30-10:00pm

Training: Monday -Friday 7:30am-4pm for the first 3 weeks.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Representative (EMT) to provide onsite medical assistance and promote workplace health and safety. The candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, and supporting employee health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and refer them to external healthcare providers when necessary.

• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with emergency response activities.

• Educate employees on workplace health, safety, and injury prevention.

• Maintain accurate medical records, daily activity logs, and shift reports.

• Assist with workers' compensation cases and return-to-work programs.

• Maintain medical supplies and ensure the medical area is clean and organized.

• Conduct or assist with CPR, AED, and first aid training as needed.

• Assist with random saliva drug testing and participate in safety meetings.

• Follow OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures.

• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.

• Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and climb stairs as needed.

• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.

• Must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• Valid EMT or Paramedic certification (State Department of Health or NREMT).

• At least 6 months of relevant military medical experience.

• Active Athletic Trainer certification (BOC or state-certified).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety.

• Ability to work independently and handle medical situations effectively.

• Good documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
