Full job description

Our client, a growing consumer products organization undergoing a major business transformation, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation to join their team. This highly visible role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise readiness, governance, and execution across a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong transformation, PMO, ERP readiness, or business separation experience, along with exceptional communication, PowerPoint, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Transformation

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $75-$81/hr.

Job Type: 10-Month Contract (extension possible)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise integration efforts across multiple transformation workstreams and maintain the overall transformation plan.

  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, governance materials, and leadership presentations.

  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities while providing recommendations to leadership.

  • Facilitate governance meetings, transformation workshops, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

  • Coordinate business readiness activities related to ERP implementation, operational transitions, and organizational change.

  • Drive accountability, resolve cross-functional gaps, and support executive decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise transformation, PMO, ERP, carve-out, separation, or large-scale change initiatives.

  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive reporting experience.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations and dashboards.

  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional environment.

  • Preferred: PMP certification, Microsoft Dynamics experience, and consumer products industry experience are a plus.
