Join Sodexo as a Unit Controller 2 at Keiser University in Tampa or West Palm Beach! This onsite role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis while partnering with leaders to drive operational and financial success.

About the job

Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you’ll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $29.67 per hour - $38.39 per hour

What you’ll bring

  • Skillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skills

  • Solid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plus

  • Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholder

  • Capacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiatives

  • A detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
