HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PRN)

City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: THIS IS A PRN/FLEXI POSITION 2 shifts per month Our highly skilled team of clinicians with Sentara Home Health Services partners with individual physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require – from skilled nursing care and infusion therapy to respiratory care and medical equipment. • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
• Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants.
• For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
