Job Description

Sr. Data Engineer Onsite, Cincinnati, OH

Required Skills:

5+ years in technology with at least 3 years in developing and deploying robust data solutions

Strong experience in database design and development, including data modeling

Proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience in stored procedures and complex querying

Hands-on expertise with Python, especially for building ELT pipelines and understanding deployment within Jenkins pipelines

Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica

Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Udeploy

Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Snowflake, MySQL, and multi-project development

Data science knowledge and AI prompt engineering (not mandatory)

Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying database solutions in business settings

Experience working with cloud fundamentals and scalable data architectures
