What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and complex automotive repairs.

• Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.

• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.

• Document completed work and recommended repairs.

• Partner with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle repair needs.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of prior Subaru or Toyota technician experience.

• Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience.

• Diagnostic and mechanical repair experience.

• Experience working with manufacturer diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair procedures.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for a Service Technician position is $25.00 - $70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
