Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Treasury organization of a regional banking client. This individual will support the Liquidity team in managing and enhancing the organization’s liquidity risk management function. The role will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, liquidity stress testing, dashboard development, process documentation, and partnering with teams across Risk, Audit, and Model Validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial and analytical foundation with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate the meaning behind financial data. This individual should be detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of work in an environment where processes and reporting capabilities continue to evolve.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant financial/analytical experience
- Strong financial analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience analyzing, validating, and reconciling financial/data reporting
- Ability to understand the business meaning behind data and clearly communicate key findings
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify process gaps and independently problem-solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Banking or financial services experience
- Corporate Treasury, liquidity risk, funding, or ALM experience
- Liquidity or capital stress testing experience
- Risk, Audit, or regulatory reporting background
- SQL and/or Python
- Power BI
- Financial services consulting experience
- CFA, CPA, or advanced degree
