Each year, hundreds of entrepreneurs join our vertical-specific accelerator programs to team up with our corporate members or receive a direct investment from Plug and Play.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Director of Partner Success to continuously deliver value to our partners. The Director, Partner Success will help define the strategy, metrics, and operating processes for the role. You must be highly strategic, analytical, detail oriented, and able to effectively influence these skills within the organization and external partners.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Define our partner success strategy that is unique and differentiated in the marketplace

  • Identify opportunities to evolve the experience across the partner lifecycle

  • Prioritize the partner experience improvements that have the highest impact on partners

  • Drive cross-functional team support to ensure successful implementation

  • Oversee and manage a growing team of partner success reps globally

  • Develop your team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education

  • Define metrics that measure our delivery of value to partners (e.g., product utilization, NPS, retention, renewal rate, etc...) and build out dashboards that communicate them to the team

  • Construct and automate dashboards for key performance metrics

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Drive business development efforts to secure new projects with Korean government agencies and corporate partners.

  • Lead proposal and RFP development for government-funded and corporate open innovation programs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience working in customer success or account management, preferably in enterprise applications and with a deep knowledge of best practices in the space
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment through influence
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, and proposal writing in the Korean market.
  • Experience with government-funded projects and corporate open innovation programs in Korea preferred
