Supporting 5S deployment and sustainability initiatives

Creating sequential production cells to improve operational efficiency

Supporting Accelerated Improvement Workshops

Conducting and coordinating monthly audits of the lean production system

Investigating and documenting process best practices for deployment across operations

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company according to established plans and expectations

Candidate skills & requirements

At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering

Minimum Junior year standing or equivalent college credits

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred

Ability to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
