Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior technical leader to serve as an Alternate Site Lead supporting a mission-critical cyber operations program. This position combines hands-on software development responsibilities with technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

The individual selected will support real-world operational missions while leading diverse development efforts across software engineering, testing, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and cyber operations support.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve rapidly and project priorities shift to support mission needs.

Skills and Requirements

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Strong C, C++, and Python experience Software development leadership experience Ability to support multiple technical efforts simultaneously Strong understanding of software design and engineering principles Experience working in operational cyber environments CNMF experience Malware analysis experience Offensive Cyber Operations experience Vulnerability Research Reverse Engineering
