College Intern - AI Transformation Description - What a College Intern - AI Transformation does at HP:

• Work with business teams to identify repetitive, manual, and high-volume processes suitable for AI automation.

• Document current processes and propose AI-driven improvements.

• Prioritize use cases based on business value, effort, and scalability.

• Copilot & Agent Development: Assist in designing and testing Copilot Studio agents.

• Support development of workflow automations using Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystem tools.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Data & Analytics: Create dashboards to track AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact.

• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities.

• Prepare executive reports and insights for leadership reviews.

• Innovation Projects: Participate in AI transformation projects across sales, operations, and customer engagement functions.

• Research emerging AI trends and recommend practical applications.

• Benchmark best practices and develop business cases for new AI capabilities

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Candidate pursuing technology, analytics, engineering, business, or AI-related studies.
