Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner
Setting: Healthcare Facilities
Job Type: Contract - Full Time
Pay: $50 / Hour
Hours: 40.00
Location: Torrance, CA
The Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner provides respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor. The Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner treats conditions that affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having trouble breathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health care settings.
Minimum Requirements:

Current Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification or Registrationfor the state in which he/she practices
-
One year of respiratory therapy clinical experiencepreferred
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
