Manufacturing Associate

Conover, NC

Full-Time | 1st Shift

$18–$20/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly? We're hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Conover, NC to support equipment repair, assembly, and shipping operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a stable and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform bead blasting and surface preparation on parts

  • Assist with equipment repairs and assembly projects

  • Paint components and finished equipment

  • Build crates and prepare equipment for shipment

  • Use hand tools to support repair and assembly work

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • Support general shop and production activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience using basic hand tools

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and follow directions

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing setting
