Job Description

A global law firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a member of the Global Learning & Development team, you will support delivering a redesigned Upward Feedback program for senior lawyers and in strengthening the Firm’s global Coaching Office operations. You will play a key role in the rollout of the 2026 Upward Feedback process, including coordinating participant communications, supporting the launch and tracking process milestones, and scheduling and coordinating the resulting debrief and coaching meetings with internal and external coaches. You will work closely with our Americas L&D team, the broader Engagement & Development team, Partner Development, the People team, HROD and other stakeholders to support the administration of the Upward Feedback process, liaising with external vendors responsible for the feedback tool, dashboards and reports, debrief meetings and coaching. You will also support the administration of the Firm's global Coaching Office, including tracking data, updating documents and PowerPoint presentations, maintaining online resources and assisting with scheduling, communications and logistics for individual and group coaching initiatives. In collaboration with the Engagement & Development, Partner Development, People and Americas Learning & Development teams, the Temporary Project Coordinator will:

-Support the 2026 Upward Feedback process for lawyers, including liaising with external Upward Feedback vendors to implement the feedback tool, manage participant lists, support the survey launch and ensure timely delivery of individual dashboards and reports. -Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for post-feedback debrief and coaching conversations, including scheduling debrief meetings, matching participants with internal and external coaches, tracking participation and status, and ensuring that coaching sessions are conducted within agreed timeframes. -Maintain records for the Upward Feedback program, including trackers for survey completion, debrief and coaching status, and related documents. Coordinate agenda items and logistics for internal team meetings and serve as a point person for coordinating with other teams involved in the process. -Serve as a point person for Upward Feedback internal communications by drafting and coordinating emails, internal posts, calendar invitations and other communications aligned with program timelines, Firm messaging and criteria for participation. -Assist in consolidating feedback and data from Upward Feedback debriefs and coaching (for example, themes, completion rates and follow-up actions) to support discussions about accountability, integration with SOOs/self-evaluations, development plans and involvement of Regional Section Heads or other leaders. -Support the Firm's global Coaching Office by working closely with the Coaching Office Lead, Regional Leads, L&D and HROD to review and analyze Coaching Office data, create PowerPoint presentations, maintain the Coaching Office MyPortal page, and update other internal resources. -Monitor the Coaching Office mailbox and respond to inquiries, update coach bios and information, and coordinate agenda items and logistics for Coaching Office team meetings and calls. -Support group coaching initiatives through scheduling, tracking participation and outcomes, and communicating with group coaches and participants. -Support ad hoc requests by the Coaching Office Lead, Regional Leads and Learning & Development team related to Upward Feedback and coaching.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2-4+ years of project coordination experience within a professional/enterprise environment. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and experience in learning management database programs, with comfort managing trackers and basic data reporting. -Proficient with virtual training and meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom). -Highly organized, able to work well under pressure and manage and deliver multiple priorities. -Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to draft clear internal communications and maintain accurate records and trackers. -High level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion, including handling confidential feedback and coaching information appropriately. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of seniority including partners, associates, business services professionals and external vendors and coaches. -Availability for occasional early morning and evening working hours as needed to support global initiatives. -Familiarity with Workday.
