Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Own release planning, scheduling, and execution coordination across AI & Engineering delivery workstreams.

  • Manage the release calendar and align deployment activities with Program Increment cadence and the November 2026 go-live timeline.

  • Identify cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers affecting releases across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica integrations.

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and program stakeholders to support release readiness and execution activities.

  • Track release milestones, communicate status, and support issue resolution to help maintain delivery timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience supporting technology delivery, release management, or deployment coordination activities

  • Experience supporting Salesforce-integrated environments

  • Experience coordinating dependencies across enterprise platforms, applications, or integration workstreams

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting releases involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica platforms

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Program Increment delivery environments

  • Experience maintaining release schedules, deployment calendars, or readiness documentation

  • Experience supporting government or public sector technology programs

  • Experience coordinating across technical, functional, and program stakeholders

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
