Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.
To thrive in this pivotal role, you will embody confident leadership, master tough conversations with grace, and excel as an educator at heart. Assess patient, collect appropriate data, and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit.

Maintain patient flow through the clinic.

Forward test results and documentation to physician for review; execute orders as received. Notify patient of test results and ensure appropriate follow up per protocol.

Timely response of all patient care inquiries.

Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate labs are ordered per protocol.

The Chattanooga Heart Institute offers the most comprehensive cardiac care available in this region. Founded in 1976, we now have six offices in Tennessee and one in Georgia. Our practice is made up of 29 board-certified cardiologists and three cardiothoracic surgeons. We merged with CHI Memorial Health Care System in 2011 which is part of CommonSpirit Health. CommonSpirit has more than 700 care sites across the U.S. and is committed to building healthy communities.
Pay Range
$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
