Director of Facilities Management/Environmental Services

Butler County, Zelienople, PA

Daylight shift; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

The Director of Facilities Management/Environmental Services maintains 24/7 overall responsibility for the effective total management of all areas of facility services including Plant Operations, Grounds and Building Maintenance, Security, Systems Engineering, Environmental Services and Transportation Services. The Director of Facilities Management/Environmental Services is also responsible for life safety management and for ensuring that a safe and esthetically pleasing environment is available to all those we serve, staff, guests and visitors throughout the entire program.

Qualifications

Director of Facilities Management/Environmental Services qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.

  • At least 5 years equivalent practical experience in facility management of a large program environment. Healthcare industry experience required, preferably in Long Term Care.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing employees and prior budgetary experience required.

  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
