Full job description

Our client, a leader in contamination control and cleanroom consumable products, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Whitsett, NC

Pay Range: $17.85

Shift: 12am – 8am, Monday through Friday (Sunday night through Friday)

What's the Job?

  • Set up Cross Cutter machines according to specifications

  • Operate Ultrasonic Cross Cutter to produce quality materials

  • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure standards are met

  • Complete manufacturing run sheets and quality checklists accurately

  • Manage inventory for packaging, labeling, and shipping processes

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

  • Zero to twelve months of related manufacturing experience; textile industry and cleanroom experience preferred

  • Proven record of excellent attendance in previous roles

  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and work with ISO procedures

  • Basic math skills including multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions using a calculator
