Treasury & Banking Manager | Financial Institution | San Francisco; Hybrid Schedule

Lead key areas across treasury management, digital banking, and client solutions while partnering directly with relationship managers, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and relationship managers to identify treasury and digital banking needs

• Drive treasury management and digital banking sales and service initiatives

• Help shape product and business strategy

• Evaluate offerings and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion

• Collaborate with product and customer support teams

• Oversee day-to-day treasury and digital banking activities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team

• Troubleshoot issues and develop practical client solutions

• Drive process improvements and operational enhancements

• Serve as a key cross-functional partner across the organization

• Adapt to changing business needs and wear multiple hats

Requirements

• 8+ years in treasury management, digital banking, banking operations, or related areas

• Strong client-facing and relationship management experience

• Proven sales and service experience within treasury or digital banking

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business judgment

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution

• Prior leadership, management, or mentoring experience

• Comfortable in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment

• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented

• Hands-on banking experience preferred
