Senior Product Manager, DriveAuto
United States, Seattle W.A. (Local Hybrid)
Sinclair Inc. is seeking a product leader to own outcomes for Drive Auto products including Sales Hub, Campaign Builder, CXM, Digital Remedy Home, and Drive Outdoors. This role combines customer and business insight, technical fluency, and disciplined product delivery to create measurable value across Sinclair Digital.
Ideal candidates bring a product mindset and have:

5+ years of product management, automotive, marketplace, or related experience.

Ability to understand technical systems, customer needs, and how implementation choices affect product outcomes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, revenue, operations, and business stakeholders.
-
Experience using data to define goals, evaluate performance, and make sound product decisions.
-
A practical, accountable approach to prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
-
Own the major-product roadmap, OKRs, and multi-quarter prioritization for the assigned product area.

Create complete initiatives with requirements, business value, success measures, and stakeholder alignment.

Monitor daily engagement and revenue metrics across distribution platforms and turn insights into action.

Lead discovery, delivery, and decision-making with engineering, design, data, revenue, and business partners.
-
Maintain relationships with major product stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs.

Manage and leverage AI-agents as recommendation sources to guide strategy.

Act as owner for ontology mapping for DriveAuto systems.
Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated product-management experience in automotive digital marketing or a comparable digital product environment.

Experience owning complex product roadmaps, initiatives, and outcome reporting.

Expert proficiency with GAM, GA4, Databricks, partner portals, Codex, Cursor, and related product-management tools.

Strong quantitative judgment and cross-functional communication skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $135,000 to $180,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
